The Mechanical Department was started in the year 2010 with a sanctioned intake of 60. Thedepartment has highly qualified andexperiencedfaculties, as given in the faculty list the machines and equipment's in the labs are of finest order with latest models .Presentlythe department provides under graduate programme only, though, from 2013-14 Management is planning to introduce post graduate programme with a research center.

The mechanical department is housed in a separate wing with spacious class rooms and laboratories with ultra tech facilities.
